Shipping Policy

Processing time
All orders require up to 3 business days of preparation before being shipped. During this period we process, verify, and package your order.
Processing time is not included in the shipping time.

Shipping time
We ship worldwide. The estimated delivery time is 9 business days after the order has been processed.

Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on:
• the customer’s location
• customs delays
• local logistics availability
• weather conditions or external events

We do not guarantee that orders will arrive exactly within the estimated timeframe.

Shipping costs
Applicable shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during checkout. In some countries, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and tracking link (if the chosen shipping method includes tracking). In some countries, tracking updates may not appear until the package reaches the local carrier.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses
The customer is responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect information. If an order is returned for this reason, it may be reshipped upon payment of a new shipping fee.

Lost or delayed orders
If your package is significantly delayed or you believe it has been lost, contact us at: selarnovaa@gmail.com. We will investigate the issue with the carrier. Refunds cannot be issued for delays outside our control (customs, logistics operators, weather, etc.).

Rejected or unclaimed shipments
If a package is returned because it was rejected, unclaimed, or import taxes/duties were not paid, it can be reshipped after payment of a new shipping fee. If the customer decides to cancel the purchase, our Return Policy conditions will apply.

Damaged items during transit
If you receive a damaged item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the package and product. We will investigate the case and provide instructions for a possible replacement or solution.

Policy changes
We may modify this Shipping Policy at any time. The new version becomes effective upon being posted on the website.
